We will correct our mistakes asap, but we do not refund the purchase for custom engraved products. We can not repurpose them.
Using Canadian Postal Codes
If prompted for your ZIP code upon completing cart checkout, just enter the three digits of your postal code plus two zeros. So for example, if your postal code is A2B 3C4, the 5-digit number you should enter is 23400.
btw, we will use your actual postal code for shipping to you.
Add-on Fee for some colors?
We must cover our hard costs when only one name badge is requested for out of stock colors. If you order 5 or more of the same color, the add-on fee will be removed.
