Not what I selected

I had chosen the " pearl" background for the oval name tag and the PM star ( the star with the gavel). I got plain white, and regular star. I sent an email stating it was not what I thought and got no reply. Most of my star family says they are great on customer service and communication. For some reason it wasn't that way for me and I had hoped to do more business with them. I have never heard back from them from my email to them. I can say they did send it quickly. I just wish it was the one I had ordered.

Dear Sister Dawn, We will be replacing your name badge for you asap. Your emails did not reach us, and I know no idea why, as any emails thru the store or invoices should have gotten to us. We are sincerely sorry to hear you did not receive what you ordered. Dave

Patricia, we received your review, contacted you and replaced the name badge asap. This review response was very late in being posted. I do believe you were happy with the replacement. We will always quickly redo all our products if we have made a mistake or even when you just do not like the look. Dave
